Sexual harassment can also make it impossible for people to focus on their work, which can, in certain jobs, have serious safety implications . Sexual harassment within an organization can often breed a culture within an organization that is accepting of sexual harassment, or more prone to sexual harassment, which can often make the problems worse. Sexual harassment has a significant impact on an organization because it not only hinder employment opportunities, morale and job performance, but it can also impede on the productivity of an organization, in addition to causing countless lawsuits that could cost the organization millions.</p>
